After the verification of all company processes from the Auditor, it has been renewed certification OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) 18001, that from 2013 certifies that the company is committed in the proactive protection of employees health and safety.
For the first time, have been certified the new Aerospace plant in Schio, where the whole production for the Aerospace division has been moved, and the research laboratory accredited ASTER in the area of Modena, where mechanical test on materials are performed. The Certification body has assessed positively the orientation towards improvement, safety controls records performed in the production departments, the involvement of the interviewed personnel.
Moreover, the focus area related to the improvement of internal communication has been examined as well. In this scope it has been appreciated both a meeting point where the staff gathers to discuss topics related to safety and the ongoing implementation of a company intranet.
