In December 2014 took place, in Toulouse, a city located in the south-west region of France, the event “Aeromart 2014”.
It is one of the most important B2B (Business to Business) exhibitions in the aerospace sector, in which professionals of the field can meet each other, gathering in previously-planned meetings to discuss commercial strategies, start collaborations and increase the business identifying new suppliers and partners. The event, organized every two years, includes also solutions laboratories and thematic conferences. The exhibition, takes place, in the city where Airbus is located, a company which produces aircrafts and in the area where the French Aeronautic Centre is situated.
During “Aeromart 2014”, 1,200 companies, representing 45 countries, attended 15,000 business meetings.
Ecor Reseach participation enabled the company to meet new clients, extending its contacts and increasing the company renown in the aerospace field, interesting within a strategy of markets diversification. Indeed, the company has been working in the sector for many years, producing critical components for aircrafts, such as the cradle engine.
These parts entail special processes, requiring competences in welding, heat and superficial treatments and non-destructive tests. Moreover, Ecor Research proposes a service of periodic maintenance and reparation.
The main objective, now, is to consolidate new customers: looking at the future, the next important meeting will be at the Paris Air Show, in the “Le Bourget” area in Paris, which the company will attend within Poema project. This biennial exhibition is the most important and well-known in the world of the aerospace sector.
