OperaPrima, the Pizza Stretcher that creates the real Neapolitan pizza

Ecor International attends IBA 2018 exhibition, in Munich, from 15th to 20th September. In hall B2, booth 400, the company presents the new product that can make 300 pizzas per hour.

Ecor International launches into the market OperaPrima, the innovative Pizza Stretcher that was designed to create the real Neapolitan pizza, in a quickly and simply way.

It will be presented for the first time during the exhibition IBA 2018, in hall B2, booth 400, in Munich, from 15th to 20th September. This is the leading world trade fair for the bakery and confectionery industry where companies present the last innovations for the sector.

The Pizza Stretcher OperaPrima, designed and built by Ecor International, is used to shape pizza dough through an innovative opening system that simulates the expert hands of a pizza maker.

This system does not stress the dough (in other words it does not remove the air), giving the pizza the softness and lightness of correct food. Moreover, it shapes the dough with the traditional crust to avoid burning during cooking.

Thanks to the opportunity to produce up to 300 pizzas per hour, the system is perfect for companies that need to speed the production of this food: pizza chains, supermarkets, outlets, chains, industrial manufacturers, pizzerias, resorts, hotels.
