This weekend Ecor International prepares itself to open its doors to more than one hundred of its collaborators who have been chosen to invite their families to learn about their company, in the 1° Company Family Day.
On Saturday 1st April is planned the event that will involve the little ones with games and activities and will also interest adults with a guided company tour that aim to get them know the various skills and Business Units within the company. It will be an opportunity for the collaborators to show their workplace to their families (it’s about 5 hubs for a total of 20.000 square meters) and underline the points of excellence.
“After years of closures due to COVID in which the socialization activities have been limited, today we’re happy to welcome children and adults in our Headquarters in Schio to spend pleasant hours” explains Sergio Lucietto, President and Founder of Ecor International and continues: “It will be a source of pride for our collaborators to be able to show their families the technical offices and the various production areas”.
The convivial event organized for the families is just one of several initiatives aimed at improving quality life of collaborators. The direction of the Schio-based company has always paid great attention to the welfare of their employees with opportunities for sharing and professional growth.
For example, Ecor International and Il Sentiero International Campus enabled more than 30 training courses in the last year for its collaborators. Held by Niuko, Confindustria’s formation company, the courses explored various themes, ranging from hard skills to soft skills.
Lastly, in order to foster a sense of belonging and internal collaboration, since 2021 has also been created a group of young people, representing company departments , who meets regularly and organizes gathering moments, recognition and entertainment. The members of this group are also in charge of welcoming new arrivals and introducing them to the company. Not randomly the group was nominated BET, which stands for Be Ecor Transformation.
